For their 2019 Holiday Campaign Century 21 Stores wanted to make a huge impact and remind consumers that Century 21 has the best prices on designer fashion, as well as engage a new younger customer. The company hosted a Pop-Up Shop on 34th Street and launched a campaign taking over the Herald Square subway station. Social media, influencer strategy, digital advertising and store signage were also used to communicate to potential customers. The campaign continued the meme concept and referenced the classic holiday movie "Miracle on 34th Street", positioning the brand as the real "miracle" compared to competitors. An all red dinner party event completed the celebration and reinforced the brand synonymous with the red bag.
